Guest Services

We welcome you to register and become our Guest and take advantage of additional features:

Signing in:
To take advantage of all the features afforded to Guest, look for the login box left side of most pages.
1. There will be a location to login. Enter the Username and Password you used for your registered account.
2. Click the "Login" button

Once signed in, you can enjoy all the features that are available for Guest. See below to see simple instructions on how to use most of the tools available on the website.

My Account
Guest to Deeptrench can use the "My Account" page to adjust their account information such as email address, passwords, and email preferences.
To access My Account, click the My Account button on the Guest toolbar. If prompted, login using your registered Username and Password.
Always click the "Submit" button to save any changes.

Reminders
Deeptrench Reminders is a way to never forget an important date. You can enter any type of occasions from birthdays, anniversaries, sporting occasions, or anything else you can imagine. We will send you a reminder before the occasion to let you know it is coming up. Just follow the below instructions to use this innovative service.

1. Click on the Reminders button on the Guest toolbar. If prompted sign in using your Username and Password.

To ADD a new reminder:
1. Click the "Add Reminder" link.
2. Enter the appropriate information and click "Submit".
We will send a reminder prior to your event!

To EDIT an existing reminder:
1. Click on the link "Edit" listed beside the reminder.
2. Edit the information and click "Submit".
To DELETE an existing reminder:
1. Click the "delete" link to the right of the reminder.

Calendar
All your stored Reminders, holidays, and special events can be viewed on the Calendar page. To change items displayed on the Calendar, refer and change the according item in the Reminder section of the site.

My Favorites
You can store all of your favorite greeting cards at one location so you can easily send them over-and-over again.

To Add a Card
1. Sign in to Deeptrench using your registered Username and Password.
2. Select a greeting card to send.
3. Click on the "+Add To My Favorite" button located at the top left corner of every greeting card.
4. That greeting card has been added to "My Favorites".

To SEND a greeting card from My Favorites:
1. Click on the "My Favorites" link in the Members toolbar at the top of the page. Sign in if prompted.
2. Click on the greeting card you would like to send.
3. Just personalize the greeting card and send it to a friend.

To DELETE a greeting card from My Favorites:
1. Click on the "My Favorites" link in the Members toolbar at the top of the page. Sign in if prompted.
2. Click the "Delete" link right below the greeting card you would like to delete from My Favorites.

Card History
For a set period of time, we will keep a record of all the greeting card you have sent. Members have an option to cancel any greeting cards that are scheduled to be delivered at a future date.

1. Click on the "Card History" link in the Members tool bar at the top of the page. Sign in if prompted.
To VIEW a greeting card
1. On the Card History page click on the "View" link next to the greeting card you would like to see.

To CANCEL delivery of a card that is scheduled to be sent:
1. Click on the "Card History" link in the Members toolbar.
2. Click the "Cancel" link beside the card that you do not want delivered.
3. You will be prompted, "Are you sure you want to delete this card?" Click "Yes" to delete
